Fall

Fall again
With amber leaves
The smell of death
Haunts the warm breeze
Cold gusts of wind
To chill the bone
a greeting to the creatures
Who walk alone
Fire, blood, and rust
Reflections of a scene
Something some enjoy
But to most seem obscene
Waving back and forth
The fire of the trees
Wind chimes blaring
Like the ratteling of keys
This is fall
Back for another year
Haunting all of warmth
Striking all to fear
